BEE BOT VOCABULARY CHALLENGE

BEE BOT VOCABULARY CHALLENGE

Challenge Descripcion

Students will have to face the challenge of identifying the images of given vocabulary words. The images will be represented in the Smart Cubo City; students have to program a Bee-Bot to arrive to the image. The vocabulary words will be picked from a basket, to be shown both in their written and spoken version. The vocabulary words will be chosen from the Dolch Sight Vocabulary Words according to each grade.

Example

"Bee-Bot show me the doctor!" Students listen and program the Bee-Bot to show what was asked to.

Evaluation

If the programming uses as few commands as required to get to the correct image, the team will achieve four happy faces!

If the programming uses more commands than those required to get to the correct image, the team will achieve two happy faces!

If the programming results in getting to an incorrect image, the team will not achieve any happy faces.

At the end, happy faces and programming time will be considered for the total score.
